Representatives of the Standing Committee of the Communist Party of China (the “CPC”) of Wangcheng District led by Mr. Zhou Zhihui Visits Richly Field

in Relation to our  Party Construction Works

On the morning of 2 April 2015, Mr. Zhou Zhihui (a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC, the head of the Organization Department and the head of the United Front Department of Wangcheng district), Mr. Qu Hongbin (the deputy head of the Organization Department and the head of the Grassroots Office of Wangcheng district), Mr. Mao Zhengbiao (the deputy head of the United Front Department of the CPC of Wangcheng district and secretary of the Party Working Committee for Private Enterprises), Mr. Zhang Quan (secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Economic Development Park of Wangcheng district) and Ms. Yu Meixiang (secretary of the Discipline Committee of the Executive Management Committee of the Economic Development Park of Wangcheng district) visited the Company for inspection, and they were warmly received by Mr. Ma Jun (secretary of our Party branch and President of our Company), Mr. Zhao Xiaoming (assistant to president), Mr. Zhang Chenglou (general manager of Changsha Yutian Outlets Business Administration Co. Limited*(长沙裕田奥特莱斯企业管理有限公司)) and Ms. Jiang Juan (deputy secretary of our Party branch).

The above government team led by Mr. Zhou indicated their great praise to our Company after they had visited our Globe Outlets project and the special study room for Party members, after which, a seminar was arranged in our multi-function conference room. At this meeting, our president Mr. Ma Jun briefed the government team in detail the operation status of the Company and the development planning for the southern district of our commercial project, which were highly expected and recognized by the government team. Mr. Zhou emphasized that Party construction shall be combined with economic development, and that a management team shall be established for an enterprise at the early stage of development to drive forward economic development. He also indicated that the Company had been playing good so far as it concerned, especially the subsequent positioning for the commercial project to develop as a “World Town” and “the Brands Headquarter in the Particular Region”. The senior management of our Company has attached great importance to Party construction. As a service provider, the Company shall carry out Party construction works as a model base to this end in Hunan province. Mr. Zhou made a request at the seminar that the Organization Department and the United Front Department of Wangcheng CPC and the Party Working Committee of Wangcheng Economic Development Park shall cooperate with our Party branch to draw up an initial plan to establish a new Party team under such construction model as different from the traditional one, featured with characteristics, honest operation and outstanding labor skill.
