The project locates at Yinchuan, capital of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, a famous historical and cultural city and an important hub in Northwest China. 


Yinchuan serves as the military, political, economic, cultural, scientific research, transportation and financial center of the whole region, and is developing as an integrated industry city focusing on development of light textile business with coordinated development of machinery, chemical and building materials industries. Located at the middle of the Ningxia plain, west of Ordos to its east, Helan mountain to its west with the Yellow River running through the city, Yinchuan, the famous historical and cultural city in China, plays as the hub center in the adjacent region of Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Shannxi and Gansu, the transit of the silk road and also the key economic zone to carry out in depth the China’s Western Development Program.

 

Yinchuan, one of the top 100 cities across the nation in terms of comprehensive competitiveness, has been successively honored as the National Civilized City, the National Sanitation City, the National Garden City, the National Environment Protection Model City and the China Habitat Environment Model Prize, making it rated as the Top Ten New Land of Abundance of China.

 

The Group is principally engaged in outlets commercial operation and development and operation of featured commercial properties (such as tourism property, senior care property and wine chateau) and development of high-end residential properties.The Company has always been exploring suitable investment opportunities from time to time to diversify the existing business portfolio of the Company, to broaden its source of income to a larger scale in order to promote a healthier capital market performance.

 

Yinchuan Project is planned and designed to be constructed as a large-scale multipurpose integrated commercial and residential complex. With respect to the commercial portion, it is a large commercial complex integrated with offerings of construction materials, furniture and decoration materials. It owns high-end building materials stores with an area of 40,000 sq.m. and premium furniture stores with an area of 30,000 sq.m. With respect to the residential portion, “Jin Sheng Yue Jing” project, a high-end residential community in Beita Lake and a modern quality community along the prime location of the Central Business District of Yuehai, is to be developed with a planned gross floor area of approximately 240,000 sq.m. The relevant design and features are different from the existing property portfolio of the Group.


In view of the above, the Group successfully completed the Yinchuan Project in February 2018 by way of issuance of consideration shares, which enabled the Company to further diversify the property portfolio, enlarge the geographic coverage of business operation, broaden source of income and enhance the shareholders’ return in a long run.
